This Privacy Policy explains how the Tagot Together mobile application and related services (together, the “Service”) access, collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information. The Service is operated by Tagot Together / Tarot Together, Hữu Thịnh Bùi (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Tagot Together provides Tarot content for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

We use information to authenticate users; provide, personalize, synchronize, and secure the Service; save readings and settings; operate community, messaging, notification, reward, purchase, and support features; generate user-requested AI interpretations; prevent fraud and abuse; moderate content; investigate reports; diagnose crashes; improve reliability; comply with law; and respond to enquiries or deletion requests.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose data only as needed to operate the Service, at your direction, for safety, or when legally required. Service providers may process limited data for the purposes below:

Public posts and comments are visible to other users according to the feature you use. Direct messages are delivered to their intended participants. Content you report may be reviewed by authorized moderators.

4. AI processing

When you request an AI interpretation, the selected cards, topic, question, and necessary context are sent for processing. When you report AI content, the reported interpretation and reason are sent to our moderation workflow. We do not use private messages as AI prompts unless you explicitly submit that content through a relevant feature.

5. Advertising and consent

The app may show rewarded ads. Where required, you can choose your advertising-consent preferences through the consent options shown in the app. Advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, information derived from your internet connection, ad interactions, and fraud-prevention signals under their own privacy terms.

We protect information during transmission with encryption and use sign-in verification, access controls, safeguards against unauthorized activity, restricted administrative access, and monitoring. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, but we limit access to people and providers who need it for the purposes described here.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and app data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Diagnostic, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, moderation, and legal records may be kept for a reasonable period required for those purposes.

You can request deletion inside the app through Profile → Account & privacy → Request account deletion, or use our public account-deletion page. After identity verification, we delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data unless specific information must be retained for legal obligations, transaction records, dispute resolution, safety, or fraud prevention. Residual encrypted backups are removed through the normal backup-rotation process.

8. Your choices

You may update optional profile information, control notification and advertising-consent settings, decline optional fields, report or block community content, sign out, or request account deletion. You may also contact us to ask about your information or privacy rights.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information or encounter child-safety content, contact us immediately with “Child Safety” in the subject line.

10. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use provider safeguards and contractual or legal mechanisms applicable to those transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the app when appropriate.
